Please join us for National Caregivers Month! LifeStream Services will host two National Caregivers Month events in November in Delaware and Wayne counties to recognize caregivers for all of the work and effort they put in to improving the life of someone else. All caregivers and care partners are invited to attend for an opportunity to rest, enjoy good food and company, and participate in activities.
Sky Sands – comedian, facilitator, educator, and entertainer – will be this year’s speaker offering comedy, magic, and motivational components. The rest of the event will consist of lunch, plant potting, and more caregiver engagement activities. Registration is open until Friday, November 1. Cost for Caregivers and Care Partners will be sponsored by LifeStream. Professionals may attend for a $10 fee. The Wayne County event will take place on Wednesday, November 13, at the Leland Legacy at 900 S. A Street, Richmond, INlifestreaminc.org/NCMevents. The Delaware County event will take place on Thursday, November 14, at Minnetrista Museum & Gardens at 1200 N. Minnetrista Pkwy., Muncie, IN. Each event will be held from 9:45am–2pm with doors opening at 9:30am. Activities, speaker, and lunch will be included with fee.
