LifeStream Services, in partnership with the Alzheimer’s Association, presents our Monthly Caregiver Gathering! This event is for anyone who is providing care in any way, shape, or form! Whether you live with an individual with care needs and provide 24/7 care, pick up medications for a friend, take your neighbor to their appointments, or anything in between, you are welcome to attend!
What:
A caregiver gathering is a time for caregivers and care partners to come together and take a break, enjoy food,
share resources, and support one another.
