An event every week that begins at 1:30pm on Wednesday, repeating until February 14, 2018
Healthy Eating Every Day (HEED) is a unique behavior change nutrition program focusing on the underlying causes of unhealthy eating. Participants will set personal goals, and learn how to apply HEED’s behavior to the particular aspects of their diet and lifestyle that they need to change their personal goals. Topics include portion control, how to limit calorie dense food, and how to accumulate 30 minutes of exercise daily.
The cost is $30 for the 14 week class and includes one-on-one health coaching, day and evening support groups, and the opportunity to retake the class.
